- Pet details: name, breed, age, routines, health notes, behavior notes, care instructions, and comfort preferences.
- Emergency information: alternate contacts, preferred veterinary clinic details, and information required to reach the owner in urgent situations.
- Payments and billing details necessary to process bookings, stays, or trial visits.
- Uploaded files and records you provide, such as vaccination cards, prescriptions, and medical notes.
How We Use Your Information
- Create and maintain a guest profile so we can deliver personalized care and improve service quality.
- Review service fit, tailor routines, boarding plans, and day plans, and prepare premium guilt-free care before arrival.
- Contact you about bookings, tours, guest intake follow-ups, updates, or emergencies.
- Process payments and keep appropriate records.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
We do not currently use cookies for tracking. When customer dashboards are introduced, we may use cookies to support account sign-in and personalization. We will update this policy and provide notice at that time.
Retention
We retain data only as long as needed for service delivery, safety, legal, and operational reasons. Typical retention periods are:
- Customer and pet profiles: up to 3 years after the last interaction, booking, or completed intake profile.
- Emergency and care notes: up to 5 years after the last interaction, unless required longer by law.
- Payment and billing records: up to 7 years for accounting and compliance.
- Uploaded vaccination cards, prescriptions, and medical records: generally retained until they are replaced with newer records or up to 3 years after the last stay, unless longer retention is required for safety or legal reasons.
If you request deletion, we will remove data where we are legally allowed to do so.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell your information. We only share data with trusted service providers needed to operate bookings, communications, or payments.
